It is crucial you ensure that you are happy with all of the Terms and Conditions before you make your booking. You will be asked to confirm you accept all the conditions during the online booking process and this agreement will form your contract with Fringford Village Hall.
3. Check Hall Availability and Book
Follow the link below to the ‘Hallmaster’ online booking service website to view the online availability calendar and make a provisional request for a booking.
On the date required simply click on the X symbol for the room(s) you want. This will open up a simple new customer registration form. Once completed you can finalise your booking request.

Please ensure that you book adequate time for your set-up and clear-up processes to be completely fair to other hirers.
4. Get Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your initial request and then another email confirming your booking, (subject to pre-payment).
5. Invoicing and Payment
An invoice will be raised and emailed to the address you provided. The email will provide the Village Hall bank details. To secure your booking please pay by BACs as soon as invoice is received.
6. Access to the hall
Once full payment has been received the Fringford Village Hall Committee will provide details of the access code for the key box situated by the hall entrance. Please ensure the key is returned and locked back in the box as soon as your hiring ends.
